Investigating - We were affected by an incident in region Azure Switzerland North. On 27.09.2025 between ~ 02:00 and 5:30 UTC+2 / CEST the connectivity to several customer instances was impacted. We are monitoring the situation and restoring availability as Azure resources come back online. Impact: Email processing was not impacted, as at least one MTA was available for every customer at all times. Some customers we not able to access the xorlab GUI between 02:00 - 02:10 and again between 04:55 and 05:05 UTC+2. Investigating - On 04.09.2025 from 02:00 to 07:00 we experienced network issues in one of our data center locations, impacting our backend infrastructure services ( xCloud, tika and Dana). Due to our three-fold redundancy, we don't expect that any impact to email processing occurred. However, xorlab instances might have logged errors regarding connectivity to xCloud, tika and Dana services. xorlab SaaS instances were not affected..

This was caused by a broken migration during the update which lead to a failure to parse the license information, which lead to DANA rejecting valid license keys. Mails were still being processed however there were no dynamic analysis results..

Investigating - We are experiencing an issue with our update service on registry.xorlab.com. As a consequence, it is currently not possible to perform an update of ActiveGuard. In particular, the download of new Docker images and new OS updates for on-premise customer using apt.xorlab.com are not working. Additionally, you might see that the ReachXorlabSystemTest is failing. This issue does not affect the ActiveGuard service itself. ActiveGuard as well as all other services like xCloud continue to work normally. We are working on resolving the issue and will provide an updated status as soon as the issue has been resolved.
