On 04.09.2025 from 02:00 to 07:00 we experienced network issues in one of our data center locations, impacting our
backend infrastructure services ( xCloud, tika and Dana).
Due to our three-fold redundancy, we don't expect that any impact to email processing occurred.
However, xorlab instances might have logged errors regarding connectivity to xCloud, tika and Dana services.
xorlab SaaS instances were not affected.
