Our datacenter provider has scheduled maintenance in one of our datacenters hosting backend services such as our Dynamic Analsysis Sandbox (DANA) or xCloud. Impact: SaaS customers have several service endpoints configured for redundancy and will not be affected. However, if automatic alert forwarding is configured (non-default configuration), alerts, e.g. AnalysisNodeSystemTest, will be triggered. On-prem customers, who are accessing dana1/2.ch.activeguard.cloud and xcloud1/2.ch.activeguard.cloud directly, will not be able to reach DANA and xCloud for undefined periods (usually 20-40 min at a time) during this maintenance window. Due to the unavailability of the DANA service, it is possible that some email attachments will not be scanned dynamically during this time. Note that all emails will still be subject to the static malware detection. We expect that the unavailability of the xCloud will not have a visible impact, as ActiveGuard caches all xCloud data.
